Homebuyers will feel like an inconvenience if you are home when they visit, and they might not be as receptive toward viewing your home. Run a few short errands or take the dog for a walk in the park. If you absolutely cannot leave, try to remain in a back room out of the way and stay in that room until the buyers are finished touring the home. Do not volunteer any information, but only answer any questions the agent or buyer may ask.
